SHESO Returns & Exchanges Policy
At SHESO, we strive to make every transaction on our website seamless and ensure the delivery of products adhering to the highest quality standards. Our policy aims to provide resolutions for cases where the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
We accept returns up to 7 days from the date of delivery of products. No request of return or refund shall be entertained beyond the period of said 7 days. However, in case of a damaged product, wrong product, quality issues with the products, you must register your complaint within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Kindly include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. Any claim for damaged product/quality issue/wrong product reported after 24 hours from the date of delivery will not be entertained by the company.
The return or exchange request should be initiated by the customer within 7 days of order delivery. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Cash / Monetary refunds are not provided.
In case of an exchange, we will ship the fresh merchandise to you once we receive the return package and it has passed inspection by the quality check team.

Checking Products:
Carefully inspect the products upon receiving.
Report any tampering of the package, missing items, or damage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner within 24 working hours.
Damaged Products:
Retain the packaging of the damaged products our customer care team will investigate the issue and respond within 48 working hours.
Exchange & Refund Policy:
Any product delivered defective / damaged or wrong with respect to what is shown on the website could be returned / replaced within 7 days of order delivery, provided a complaint was registered regarding the said defect or damaged product within 24 hours of order delivery. Conditions for return:
- Returnable up to 7 days from the date of order delivery.
- Once returned and inspected, you will get a refund in the form of store credit
- We charge a logistics fee ₹150 to return or exchange an item.
- Any product on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please return the products in their original packaging and unused. Double-check that you've included all the tags, and all other attachments that came with your order.
Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Resolution Process:
Each return or exchange request is handled individually, and we encourage you to get in touch with our team for a prompt resolution.
Refund Conditions:
No refunds will be provided if:
- The customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- There are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
- The package is refused by the recipient.
